Eng. Amr Seoudy, the Founder and CEO of the Water Treatment Consulting Office (WTCO), has more than 30 years’ experience in Operation and Maintenance, Research and Development, Process Design, Basic and Detailed Engineering, Integrated Projects Management, Technical and Financial Studies, Events Organization and Training, in the field of Water Treatment Systems and Water Infrastructure Facilities. Started his career work as an operation and maintenance engineer for both thermal and reverse osmosis water desalination plants, then in charge of securing the sustainability and stability of the operation and maintenance for surface water filtration plants and wells, sea water desalination plants and wells, and networks and water pumping stations, by following up efficiency, performance, and providing scientific and practical solutions. In conjunction, he works in establishing new water treatment plants and participating in many applied researches in the field of water filtration and desalination, he was responsible for modify existing desalination plants to be operated by "Spiral Wound Membranes" instead of "Hollow Fine Fiber Membranes", and the subsequent equipment modifications.

Engineer Atter Hannoura has +39 years of professional experience in different capacities and business sectors. He is a holder of a Law Degree, Cairo University/2016, Diploma in Large Procurements ILO/Italy/2004 and a B. Sc. Engineering/(ICT) Alexandria University in 1981. Eng. Hannoura is a PPP Expert, with solid procurement, and contract management experience. Professional business experience is mainly gained due to working at multinational organizations since 1997, ten years at the USAID, and the World Bank as a Management Information System (MIS) and Procurement Expert, Experience then extended to cover the full Project Management, Financing and Contract Management in the MENA Region. Since Feb 1st, 2007, Eng. Atter Hannoura has joined the Ministry of Finance/Egypt to participate in establishing the PPP Central Unit. Eng. Hannoura was appointed by the Minister of Finance to be the Director of the PPP Central Unit. Work included but not limited to being the Director of the Central Department for PPP Projects, Tendering Affairs & Contract Management. Eng. Hannoura was also responsible for implementing PPP initiative on a national basis and drafting the PPP legal frame work in Egypt since May 2011. Hannoura strongly managed feasibility studies, preparation and tendering of several PPP projects in Utilities, transportation, health, education, ports, and communication sectors in addition to creating additional PPP pipeline projects. Eng. Hannoura worked as a Deputy General Manager, Business Development Director, and Vice President for different Regional and Local Organizations with a strong customer’s needs & a continuous stakeholder engagement. Such variance provided high exposures in senior and broadly based wider commercial aspects such as legal, logistics, sales and distribution experience in wide business aspects in the Egyptian and Middle Eastern markets. Hannoura was also Chairman & CEO at Egyptian Countryside Development Company – A State Owned Company responsible for the reclamation of 1.5 million feddans initiative. (2016-2020)

She was interested in researching water treatment by environmentally friendly ways and obtained (31) gold medals, a silver medal, (40) shields, and (102) certificates of appreciation within Egypt and at the level of many countries on the continents of the world, such as China, Taiwan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Germany, Romania, France, Switzerland, Canada, Russia, and others. She also gained honorary academic degrees from Intellectual Property Rights in Geneva, the University of Romania, King Abdulaziz University, and the University of Lyon in France. Also, she gets an honorary doctorate degree from Cairo University, certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on water treatment using a magnetic field, and from Delford University in America on the impact of climate change on water resources and hoe to control this problem. She was the first Certified auditor for measuring greenhouse gases and measuring the carbon footprint of organizations from the National Quality Institute NQI

Dr. Ahmed Moawad, has got his PHD in environmental engineering on 1998 from Alberta University, Canada, he has got his master's degree from Windsor University in environmental hydraulic 1993, and his BSC from Ain Shams University (faculty of engineer), He is Professor at Al-Azhar University in Cairo. He works as vice chairman of the holding company for water and wastewater. He had joined the HCWW since 2007 as the Head of technical support and planning sector where he had been responsible for providing technical support for the subsidiaries companies in the fields of planning, operation and maintenance. Dr Moawad expertise cover different areas including water and wastewater design and management. During his career he had worked as a consultant engineer at international consulting firms. Dr. Moawad has more than 50 publications in his areas of expertise.

Hady Habib Fayek received his Ph.D. degree in 2019 at the age of 29 years old, in Electrical Power Engineering, from Helwan University, Egypt including associated research with Texas A&M University, USA. He got his B.Sc. degree in 2011, and M.Sc. degree in 2014 from Helwan University, respectively. He is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Energy Engineering Program, Faculty of Engineering, Heliopolis University. He is the chairman of IEEE Industrial Electronics Egypt Chapter; he was the main organizer of many international conferences about smart cities and sustainable electrical engineering. Hady is a guest editor and reviewer in many IEEE, Tech-science, MDPI, Elsevier and IET transactions, journals and conferences. He is also a keynote speaker in many conferences and webinars. He received many research awards such as best second inter-chapter paper from IEEE Industrial Electronics Society. He got best PhD paper award that integrate renewable energy, sustainable water management and organic agriculture from EU Trinex joint funded project.
